Ive Never ordered before, how do I begin?
Its very simple really – let your fingers do your shopping … just find the Fudge or gifts that you are interested in, add to basket and then follow the quick and easy checkout procedure. Don’t forget to take advantage of any multi-buy’s, special deals or FREE DELIVERY offers.
Which payments do you accept ?
We accept all credit cards / debit cards through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay and can checkout as a guest. You can also pay via company cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us for these details.
How much is delivery ?
We charge all delivery at cost. If you spend over £35 with us then we will post for free ! We negotiate the best rates that we can with our couriers and offer a standard 48 hr or next day delivery depending on how quickly you require your order. Any orders over 2kg are sent via courier. All orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. However you can request a courier delivery on smaller items if you wish. There may be a small additional charge though.
Do you really have all these products in stock ?
Yes, unlike some of our competitors we only advertise products we have in stock and available for dispatch within 48 hrs.
As we produce in small batches we can produce the freshest fudge possible for your order.
What’s in your Fudge?
Only the best ingredients ! All of our individual product pages clearly state the ingredients so you can check prior to ordering if needed.
How long does your fudge last ?
Once you open and taste some Oooh!..FUDGE then not very long. You can keep it in its bag or tin. Fudge just really dries out after a while.
But if you are buying for a gift in advance then the best before date will be in excess of 8 weeks
How do you package it ?
All Fudge is wrapped in confectionary Food sfe film or food safe cellophane bags. You will always receive a professionally packed and sealed product ready for your own consumption or for a gift.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, as soon as your payment has been processed you will receive an automated email confirming all details.
What if I change my mind?
We are happy to amend or cancel any order providing this is prior to dispatch. Please email us at your earliest opportunity.
Do you have special offers?
Yes – please look at the promotions on our home page. We regularly introduce new lines and promote both our best sellers and seasonal products. Every month there will be a new offer, please sign up to our newsletter so that you don’t miss out on these. Sign up to follow our Fudge Fridays to take advantage of all special offers.
It’s not for me, it’s a gift, so can you add a personal message?
We would be happy to add a personal message, either on a card or a label depending on when you place your order, this may not be able to go next day. Please specify details in the ‘Product & Delivery Special Requests’ box on your order page. Please ensure that enough time is given for delivery when ordering personalised products.
Can you make me a bespoke hamper just for me?
Anything is possible, just let us know what you are after and we can make the items up for you.
